Service Description
1099-NEC Parser provides AI-powered document parsing services. You upload documents and we extract structured data from them.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Only upload documents you have the right to process
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not attempt to abuse or overload the system
- Not resell API access without written permission
Credits and Payments
- New accounts receive 5 free document credits
- Additional credits can be purchased at listed prices
- Credits never expire
- All sales are final - no refunds on credit purchases
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
Accuracy
We strive for high accuracy but AI extraction is not perfect. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before using it for important decisions. We are not liable for errors in extraction.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service access.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
